However, the Organisation shall be entitled if it reasonably considers it to be necessary (including in order to manage its resources and pursue its policy of continuous improvement appropriately):

1. To alter the timetable, location and method of conducting examination, provided such alterations are reasonable.
2. To make reasonable variations to the content and examination syllabus.
3. To suspend or discontinue examination in any country (for example, because of examination malpratices and other abuses).
3. To make changes to its statutes, ordinances, regulations, policies and procedures which the Organisation reasonably considers necessary (for example, in the light of changes in requirements of the employers or adminission boards).

In the unlikely event that the Organisation discontinues or does not provide a programme of study or changes it significantly before a new year begins:

1. The Organisation will tell relevant individuals at the earliest possible opportunity.
2. An individual will be entitled to seek a 100% refund by telling the Organization in writing within a reasonable time of being informed of the change.
3. The Organization will make an appropriate refund of fees paid.
4. The Organization will make available to candidates such learning resource and other services as it considers appropriate.

Upon registration by an applicant of an offer for examination candidacy, the relationship between the applicant and the Organization becomes contractual.
