1. What is the validity period of certifications?
All certificates are valid for two years from the date of award. You are however not under any obligation to upgrade your certificate.

2. What are the benefits of the ICT certification?
International ICT Certificates are recognised for purposes of applying for further study in most universities worldwide. Our professional certificates are accepted by most companies in over 105 countries worldwide.

3. What do I do if I fail?
A candidate who fails to pass an exam will only receive a copy of his or her result transcript. Certificates are only awarded to candidates who pass their examination.

4. How do I get my certificate?
Original copy of the certificates is sent by post only. You may also request for more copies at an additional cost.

5. Will I get the transcript of my results?
Yes. We post transcripts to you when sending your certificate.
